Due to the custom nature of our screen printing and embroidery services, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once payment is received. Please review all order details, designs, and quantities carefully before submitting payment.
ORDERING PROCESS
1. Submit Your Design or Idea
Send your artwork, logo, or inspiration to info@eclecticlillie.com or fill out our order form on https://eclecticlillie.com.
2. Get a Quote
We’ll review your request and send a detailed quote with pricing, turnaround time, and mockups if needed.
3. Approve and Pay Invoice
Once you approve the mockup and quote, you’ll receive an invoice.
Full payment is required to begin production.
4. Production Begins
After payment, we’ll begin printing or embroidery. Turnaround time is typically 7–10 business days.
5. Pick-Up or Ship
Once complete, you’ll be notified for pickup or provided with tracking if shipping.
